How to do Breast Massage?
While most oils provide nourishment to breast tissues and can enhance the overall health and appearance of your breasts, it is best to use almond oil, olive oil, fenugreek seed oil and lavender oil to massage the breasts. Do not use oils that are specially marketed for increasing breast size.
Breast massage can be just as good as massaging any other part of your body and will not necessarily help in increasing the breast size.
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide on how to massage your breasts:
- Choose an Oil or Moisturizer: Select a natural oil such as olive oil, almond oil, or coconut oil or a mild moisturizing lotion.
- Warm the Oil: Gently warm the oil by rubbing it between your hands.
- Apply the Oil/ Lotion: Apply the warm oil to your breasts in a circular motion.
- Circular Strokes: Using your hands, massage gently in circular motions, starting from the outside and moving towards the centre.
- Upward Strokes: Use upward strokes from the base of your breasts towards your collarbone.
- Duration: Continue massaging for about 10-15 minutes.
Note: Patch test the oil/lotion that you are planning to use for breast massage.
